Razer Naga v2 Hyperspeed profile does not save onboard.

I’ve tried resetting the mouse, 4 different Razer accounts and nothing sticks.

Hi @Seathasky,

Thanks for bringing your concern to our attention. I would love to lend a hand and escalate your concern to the software team so they can look into it. PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and kickstart a support ticket. I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon.

A little disappointed that i’m getting a generic do a sfc scan windows, reinstall synapse message from your devs. If a real expert even bothered to read this post they would look into it, I fear i’m dealing with bots.

I’d really appreciate some real assistance and a fix for this issue not the same script non-sense .

It’s like they didn't even bother to look into the issue. That is not customer support.

I was running into the same today until I removed my usb hub from the equation. Now settings seem to be saving to the mouse.

This problem seems to be old and well-known but it’s not solved. The mouse is not saving anything.
