Razer Naga v2 Hyperspeed profile does not save onboard.

I’ve tried resetting the mouse, 4 different Razer accounts and nothing sticks.

A little disappointed that i’m getting a generic do a sfc scan windows, reinstall synapse message from your devs. If a real expert even bothered to read this post they would look into it, I fear i’m dealing with bots.

 

I’d really appreciate some real assistance and a fix for this issue not the same script non-sense .

It’s like they didn't even bother to look into the issue. That is not customer support.
