I am having this issue with the Razer Mouse. I have to use this mouse on my company machine, but they do not let Razer software to be installed (Logitech works ok), possibly because the software is unnecessarily complicated and heavy (with possibly no LITE versions). I want to save only one profile on my mouse, but it just doesn’t work. There is no SAVE option appearing in any SYNAPSE software.
