My logo light isn’t on even though it works perfectly fine, if I switch it to the Bluetooth option it will light up but when it’s on 2.4 the light is off

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for troubleshooting steps that might address the LED issue you're currently experiencing.
