Razer Naga V2 Pro 12 Button Panel Problem

Hello. i have a problem with the Razer Naga V2 Pro. The 1 Button is not working anymore when i click soft or fast. i really need to push it hard down so it works. its sad cause its a pricey mouse and after 7 Month one essential button doesnt work properly anymore. i already tried to use a compressed air spray to clean it but it didnt help.

    Thanks for letting us know about this. Regarding the force you need to make on pressing the 1 button, were you able to try updating the firmware? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a message via PM along with your Naga V2 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds.
