It seems to happen most often when things get “spammy”. Various side buttons become unresponsive, or will get stuck on. Just testing in Notepad I witnessed the 2 stop working, then the 3 stopped working, then the 2 got stuck spamming. This happens while wired and wireless. Also happens when Synapse is open or closed. The mouse is less than a month old. Drivers and firmware are up to date. Replugging or switching it on and off usually clears the issue.

I understand that you're having a key spamming issues with your Razer Naga V2 Pro. Please try cleaning your mouse using a can of compressed air and spray it in between the gaps. It will help remove any debris that might be causing the issue. You can also reinstall your mouse’s drivers.
