Razer Naga v2 Pro and azerty settings

I’m Back
Support don’t find any solution, i sent  my Naga Pro 3 month ago.
I just Buy a Naga x and i have exactly the same problem !
Someone with azerty keyboard and naga (with synapse3, it’s work well with naga 2014 on synapse2) can try to bind ‘a’ on the mouse en say my if it’s work? (it does “q” here)

Same problem here with a Baskilisk v3 + Synapse v3

I guess the problem is on Synapse v3 and not on the mouse.

And more specifically on the “Alphanumeric” function in the “Keyboard function” section (sorry if it’s not the right name, my synapse is in French and I didn’t managed to change language easily). I behave as this drop down menu was hard-coded to a QWERTY keyboard.

Why I say so ? because when I choose to “register a key” instead and input a “A” it prints “Q” in Synapse. And when you use that shortcut in any other application, it will produce a “A”.

So to get over this simple problem don’t use “Alphanumeric” function.

@Razer Admin : maybe a fix of Synapse v3 could help ;-)
