I bought the Razer Naga V2 Pro Naga mouse 2 weeks ago. The bluetooth connection stopped working last week and now, the scroll wheel tension and scrolling up and down on pages stopped working too (I can still click with the scroll button but thats it). I noticed the scroll wheel issues after a Synapse 4 update. Reinstalled software and checked for latest drivers to no avail.

Can you test your mouse on another computer to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the scroll and connection issues.
