Hi my dongle for my razer naga v2 pro is no longer working.  PC is able to connect to it via its bluetooth and is working via direct  usb cable

 

How do i resource a new dongle ?

    I can check our inventory for a replacement dongle. By the way, is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? Also, where are you currently located? Let me know via PM along with your Naga V2 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and for proper documentation.
