Razer Naga V2 Pro - Keybind Support

I recently purchased the Razer Naga V2 Pro and downloaded the Synapse program. I’m using the 6 button side part. I was able to figure out how to keybind each key. For example F1-F6. However in my game “World of Warcraft” if I hit button one it will hit F1 and 1 being the default. Is there a way for my mouse to ignore the original default key all together? Makes no sense why they would let you change the keybind if the default always exists.
