Please bear with me for a bit. Can you clean the pogo pins and the mouse charging pins using a cotton swab or a lint-free microfiber cloth and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the charging issue.
