At this point I have tried everything I can think of an cannot get right click to work at all.

Problem started 4-5ish days ago.

1st day happened only a couple of times while playing SIMS4 specifically.
After it would lock up right click in the game I would then have to reboot my PC, probably happened after 45ish mins of gaming.
While Right  Click is locked up like the above you cannot right click anywhere at all, within windows or apps.
When testing a click tester that should work with right and left click, left clicks are registering fine, right is not registering anything.

2nd day  was a lot worse, would happen after about 20ish minutes of playing SIMS4.
I did notice that it did not matter if it was in BLE, Wired in the OFF position, or 2.4GHZ w the adapter this would continue to happen and it was seemingly getting worse.

3rd day the right click completely stopped working, no matter if you reboot the PC. At this point I  updated the firmware using the Razer software for both the dongle and the mouse itself.

Also note, the behavior of the mouse at this point appeared to be the same whether or not synapse was running or even installed.

Completely reinstalled windows on my desktop, right click worked for about 2hrs sporatically (if only I could right click to spell check this) and then once again all together stopped working. At this point I was thinking maybe windows 10 is bugged, plugged the naga v2 pro into my windows 11 laptop. Right click did not work on this laptop either.

Day4: Plugged the mouse into my work laptop today just to see if it would make a difference. Oddly enough on the laptop the right click then started to work! Plugged the mouse back into my desktop and right click worked again for about 20-30 minutes. Once it stopped working again plugging it back into the work laptop right click remained broken/unresponsive.

To be clear this is a new mouse(not even 2 weeks old), no water or anything spilled on it. The physical button itself actuates without any issue and this is the ONLY issue I have with this mouse, but it makes it rather unusable as a mouse lol. I dont need fancy features and macros and hyperxtremeness, I just need an MMO mouse that works as a mouse and has side buttons 1 thru =

All the other buttons work no issue.

Other random T/S steps I have performed several times each:
Uninstalling the device from device manager > unplugging > rebooting > plugging back in
Uninstalling/reinstalling razer synapse 4.0
Trying wired vs wireless vs bluetooth
Reinstalling windows 10
Factory Reset of the device from within Synapse

It seems to me like windows isnt registering the right click button on the device and/or it somehow got corrupted on the device itself. If I change the right click action in synapse to something else and right click, the PC does not respond/nothing happens, which makes me think this is firmware related.

This problem now persists across 3 computers as well as different windows versions and PC hardware. I am opening to sharing screenshots of event viewer, just not sure what to look for or if this is a known bug at this time with this firmware/device. I updated everything to the latest firmware on 12/15, however the problem was present before that.

Thanks for reading and hope you can help me get this fixed :)
