Razer Naga V2 Pro - Scroll Tension Issue

Hello!

I’ve recently bought a Razer Naga V2 Pro from my local retailer, and i’m having issues with the scroll wheel, especially inconsistent tension. I feel it’s smoothing out over time, and a small bump to the mouse like knocking on the front with fingers restore it for a while.
Not sure if it’s firmware or hardware related.

Would be nice in synapse to see the actual position of the scroll tension so i’d have a clue.

Should i start RMA process or start troubleshooting?

Same when: Bluetooth, Different Machine, Wired

Been having a similar problem for a good chunk of the last year now. Scrolling is loose and sometimes I can feel bumps and what not, and changing the scroll profiles does absolutely nothing. 

I’ve upgraded to Synapse 4, reinstalled drivers, and nothing. I’m pretty sure its a mechanical/hardware issue with the mouse itself (old mice had a similar issue with scrolling so not surprised)

I’ve got a replacement today, and now experiencing the same issue again...i need to contact my retailer for my money back.
This has laters firmware as well as latest synapse…
Problem is not so significant like on the first model, but noticeable there as well.
