Razer Naga v2 Pro Side Buttons Not Working

I got my Razer Naga v2 Pro via a warranty replacement in November of 2024. Its worked great until about 2 months ago. 

 

Issue: Only some of the side panel buttons will work. They are mapped appropriately but when pressed nothing happens. I have tried cleaning the pins with isopropyl alcohol and swabs but that only worked one time. If anyone else has had this issue and was able to resolve it please let me know.

    To help us better isolate the issue with the side panel buttons on your Razer Naga V2 Pro, could you please provide a bit more information?

    1. Which specific buttons are not responding?
    2. Do the non-working buttons behave the same way on another PC?
    3. Are the affected buttons detected in Razer Synapse when you test or remap them? Please try to close or disable Razer Synapse and test the device if the issue persists. 
    4. Have there been any recent Synapse, firmware, or Windows updates around the time the issue started?
    5. Aside from cleaning the contacts, have you tried reinstalling Synapse or updating the mouse firmware?
