Razer Naga v2 Pro Side Buttons Randomly Unresponsive

I’m having problems with a new Razer Naga V2 Pro.

Randomly, the buttons on the side, more specifically 2, 5, 8, - in that line, will stop registering. I need to press it really hard for them to start registering normally for a minute or two and it happens again. Read so many good things about this mouse that I left my Logitech G600 for, but it seems that I’ll have to revert back.

i tried everything in this support article here, but still the same problem.

Kinda sad as I really liked this mouse.

 

Any pointers on what else can be done?

    Same issue here except its 7, 8, 10 and 11. It’s incredibly frustrating trying to click your buttons but nothings happening.

    Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also reinstall its firmware. If that didn’t work out, then shoot me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds. Looking forward to your response!
