had many problems first the wheel tansion stopped working now my wheel tansion is back working but my mouse it spamming 789 randomly.

Razer naga v2 pro spamming 789 cant make it stop tried uninstall, clean the mouse, install newst firmwall tried everything. its 1 year old only.

Can you test the mouse on another computer and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the spamming issue.
