Issue:
I have a new 8K-ready setup (Razer Mouse Dock Pro + Razer Naga Pro V2), but I can only select 1000Hz polling in Synapse. No 4K or 8K options appear.
Troubleshooting so far:

Updated firmware on both mouse and dock

Mouse is fully charged and connected via 2.4GHz (works and charges fine)

Synapse 4 is updated to latest version

Tried multiple USB 3.1 ports on a new Alienware tower

Windows and all drivers fully updated

Disabled “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” for all related devices in Device Manager

Opened a Razer support ticket — not helpful (was told to confirm I have an 8K dongle and was sent a firmware update link I already used)
Next step (not yet done):
Haven’t yet fully uninstalled and reinstalled all Razer software — saving that as a last resort.
