Razer Naga v3 PRO has a bug where it can’t show real-time battery level!

After connecting with Razer Synapse 4 and MouseDock Pro, the real-time battery level doesn’t display!

Last night I started charging from 60%, and during the charging process I noticed the battery level wasn’t increasing in real-time. I watched it for over 40 minutes, and it still showed 60% without going up, so I turned off the computer and continued charging!

Today when I turned it on, Razer Synapse 4 showed the battery at 100%, and after using it all evening for at least seven hours, the battery still showed 100% without going down!

How can I fix the bug in Razer Synapse 4 where it can’t display battery level updates in real-time?

Use a software that does not make your devices worse. What is the pid? I will add it for you.

It's not just that device. Many Razer products will not display the correct battery level. It's been like this all of Synapse 4 and nobody has had this resolved.

The previous version of the Razer Naga v3 Pro, the Razer Naga v2 Pro, didn’t have this bug and could display the real-time battery level correctly! Whether the battery was increasing while charging or decreasing during use, the battery display would update in real time.

Hi JackTian2021,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! To help isolate the problem, I have a few questions:

  1. Was this working fine before?
  2. When did the issue start occurring?
  3. Were there any changes made to your system or device prior to the issue?
  4. Did you receive and install any Windows updates recently?
  5. How much battery percentage does it show after you unplug your mouse?
  6. Are you using a USB hub or any type of extensions to connect your mouse?

It looks like there’s an update available for the pairing utility of your Razer Naga V3 Pro. Let's apply this first, as it may help address the battery percentage issue you’re experiencing. You can find the update here. Feel free to PM me if you need further assistance. Have a great day!
