I am using a hyperpolling wireless dongle with my razer Naga v3 Pro. But there is an issue with key mapping on the side plates. When I map any keys on the side plate and press the key on my mouse, the output is incorrect. It looks as though it has never been set. It is outputting the default key.
This doesn’t happen if I”m using the regular dongle that came with the mouse.
Any assistance would be appreicated.
