not sure what happened maybe an update but the sensitivity stage buttons on my beautiful naga v3 pro are no longer mapping.  they have reverted back to their default which is the sensitivity stage up or down.  not the end of the world but just curious if anyone else is seeing this and wanted to report the bug.  tried to restart software and restarted PC but neither work.

Have you found a fix for this yet?
I’m having the exact same issue which really sucks bcs the reason I bought this mouse is that it’s the only one that has the buttons next to left click other than redragon’s M908 which I’d been using up to now that I’m upgrading from.

Literally been having this issue all day at work. It started today a few hours ago and I have wiped, reinstalled Synapse and all Razer programs, factory reset devices, reinstalled drivers, and still the two DPI buttons are refusing remapping.

I can actually remap them, but then if anything else on the mouse is remapped, they revert to default. They’re just mapped to Copy/Paste for me, but those two buttons were a huge selling point for me to purchase the mouse, and now it’s not functioning as advertised.

no fix yet as far as i can tell.  my software updated after i got the issue so updating will not resolve it.

A lot of people are reporting this same issue on the 28 October 2026 Patch thread

I have the same problem when I try to map the buttons that originally are named Sensitivity stage up and Sensitivity stage down. It works to click on them, change and save, but it is still exactly the same sensitivity stage-down function.

For me, this happens specifically when I attempt to change the “AI Prompt Button” on my Naga Pro V3.  When I do this, it locks me out of changing the sensitivity buttons until I delete the entire profile.  Then I can change them back.

Suspicious activity like this makes me wonder if this “bug” isn’t intentional.

You can only change the buttons marked “Sensitivity Stage – Up / Down” if all the other settings are set to default, with the exception of the side panel.

If I change the Hypershift (ring finger button), the AI Prompt button, the Cycle Profile button, or any other mouse setting, the Sensitivity Stage – Up / Down buttons revert to their default settings.

Is there a workaround for this?

What makes this bug difficult is I am so used to having the buttons mapped i keep pushing them and inadvertently changing my sensitivity settings.  if i could just disable them until this is fixed it wouldnt be as much of an issue but you cant even disable them...

you can disable sensitivity staging in the app and enable a “sort of” work around if you already know what dpi you prefer to use. That way, even if you click them by mistake, only the window pops up

Fix this pls

I’ve been having this since the last update. The dpi buttons always revert automatically to sensitivity

Any solution? I use those buttons at work and it freaks me out as my reflaxes always press them when I need to do some certain shortcuts, really slowing me down ..

I have this exact same issue, those two buttons won’t remap. Might have to go back to my logi mx3 master. I’ve only had this mouse 3 or 4 weeks and I’m already facing issues.
