Razer Naga X - Keyboard function not working

Hello,

I have been using my Razer Naga X and all of a sudden the keyboard function stopped working, I re-installed the software, I made sure it is up to date but is still not working. I use the thumb buttons 10, 11 and 12 for alt+1, 2 and 3.

    Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
