Everytime its happens something, a blackout mainly, my side buttons stops working, and i need to install or reopening synapse to it work again.
Its dont have a onboard memory? how to save something on it?

Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also repair your Synapse software. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other troubleshooting steps along the way. Looking forward to your response!
