Razer naga x mmo - thumb grid wont show color but buttons are working

I am using this mouse for about 2 weeks, and thumb grid rgb isn’t working. Buttons on thumb grid panel is working but rgb doesn’t want to light up.
1. Installed razer synapse 4 
2. updated everything​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
3. tried with disabling dynamic lighting ​​​​​​​​​​​​

4.no other programs for rgb installed ​​​​​​​

5.rgb  doesn’t working after using it for few days.

6.i cleaned mouse.
