Hello. i just ordered a Razer Naga X and it came today. i plugged it in, installed synapse and made a few macros. all of the side buttons work perfectly except 3 and 12 do not respond at all. i tried all the steps here https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4135 but they still aren’t working. i have had the mouse in use for 30 minutes.

Hi coolArmyGreenventure750,
I understand that you're experiencing problems with some of the side buttons on your new Razer Naga X mouse.
Please try the troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:
1. Clean the contacts (pogo pins) on the mouse (where the side panel is being attached to the mouse).
2. Clean the contacts on the side panel side (16 contact surfaces).
a. Use a cotton swap lightly coated with rubbing alcohol to clean the contacts.
b. Let the contacts dry thoroughly before using again.
c. If that does not help you can gently rub an eraser from a pencil against the contacts, blow away any residue and then repeat steps 1 and 2.
d. Electronic contact cleaners are also available from third parties, be sure to follow all directions provided by the manufacturer if you chose to use one of these products.
CAUTION: Do not use other solvents that are not intended for use on electrical components as this may damage your Naga.
If the issue persists after performing these troubleshooting steps, please send me a PM with the serial number of your mouse so I can check the issue further on my end and explore potential solutions for you.
