Razer Naga X spamming left side mouse button

Hi,

After a few days from buying a new razer naga x, one of the left side mouse button „2” spamming and after 30s doesnt react at all.
I tried to reinstall synapse, drivers, deleting profiles and nothing worked.

Any advice if it is a problem of synapse or just go back to the store with warranty?

Are you experiencing the same problem regardless of whether the Synapse application running or not? PM me the serial number of your mouse so I can check for an available firmware update and other workarounds to help you address the issue.
