I am writing to report an issue with my Razer Naga X mouse that started occurring after a recent update (dated June/6/2024). Prior to the update, my mouse was functioning normally on any computer without the need for Synapse. However, post-update, the mouse disconnects every 2 seconds and becomes unusable.
Here are the details of the issue:
- Mouse Model: Razer Naga X
- Issue: Mouse disconnects every 2 seconds, not detected by PC or Synapse, and stops working after 2 seconds of being plugged in.
- Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
- Connected to another 2 PCs, still experiencing the same problem.
- Tried different USB ports, rebooting the PCs, but the issue persists.
- Searched for firmware updates or fixes but could not find any solution.
This problem renders the mouse completely unusable. I received the mouse as a gift yesterday, and this issue began immediately after the update
