Hello, bought a Razer Naga X from my local Best Buy a little more than a month ago and it was working great when out of nowhere it kept disconnecting and reconnecting. I restarted my PC in the hopes of making it go away and now when I plug it in my reconnects for a few seconds then disconnects again. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling synapse, "edit power panel" to adjust USB settings, plugging it in the front/back USB, and nothing works. Anyone encountered this before and is there a fix?
Usually, issues like this are caused by a faulty mouse driver. Let's reinstall your mouse driver by following the steps on this page. Should the problem persists, PM me your device's serial number. I can use that to verify its model and find an alternative way to fix this.
