Razer Naga X stuck in bootloader (CRP DISABLD) — appears as USB drive with firmware.bin, not working

Hey everyone,

I'm having an issue with my Razer Naga X (RZ01-03590) and wanted to check if anyone has experienced this or knows how to fix it.

Out of nowhere, the mouse completely stopped working:

  • No LEDs at all

  • Not recognized as a mouse

  • Shows up in Windows as a USB storage device

It mounts as a drive called “CRP DISABLD (D:)” with a file named “firmware.bin” inside.

I’ve already tried:

  • Different USB ports and another PC

  • Reinstalling Razer Synapse

  • Resetting with left + right click + scroll

Nothing worked.

From what I found, it seems like the mouse entered bootloader/recovery mode and the firmware got corrupted.

My questions:

  • Is there an official firmware for the Naga X that I can flash manually?

  • Can I just drag a valid firmware.bin into that drive, or does it require a specific tool?

  • Has anyone successfully recovered this model from this state?

Any help would be really appreciated — right now it’s basically acting like a USB drive 😅

Thanks!
