Razer Naga X suddenly stopped working

After upgrading to Synapse 4, my Razer Naga X suddenly stopped working. I read somewhere that it was the lights causing it, so while constantly unplugging and plugging my mouse I was able to turn off the lights, and my mouse started working again.

Fast forward a few months, and while setting up a Macro for a game Synapse 4 suddenly turned the mouse lights on again, making my mouse unusable once more. This time, however, neither my PC nor Synapse 4 could detect my mouse. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse 4, even making sure to use the Driver Cleanup tool to remove any drivers. I tried using Synpase 3, tried using a different laptop and doing the same steps there again, but to no avail. I’ve tried all the fixes I could find, but to no avail.

Please download and install the Razer Driver Clean-up tool to remove all Razer-related files from your PC. Once done, please restart your PC and reinstall the Razer Synapse, including its updates. Let me know how it went. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
