Razer Nari audio only comes out from right side (Razer nari - Game)

Hey guys, I would like to start off that this only happens when I am on wireless mode. Using the 3.5mm cable, My Nari works just fine and can be heard both ways. Could i get some help? I tried reinstalling razer nari drivers by uninstalling everything but to no avail. Starting to think chat / game balance really isnt it lol. Do reply me asap, this thing is driving me nuts Edit: The chat audio also only shows up on the right ear. I find this really odd just simply bc when its wired, theres no issues.

    How far is the headset from the dongle? Is the problem present without Synapse in the background? By the way, have you already tried running our pairing utility? For now, isolate the issue by performing the steps here. Send me the serial number of your headset if the problem persists.
