Razer Nari "Avnera AV6301" issue

I cannot Connect my razer nari to my laptop using bluetooth because my dongle is identfied as "Avnera AV6301" I have tried to use the Dongle recovery tool and other tools but they dont even work i have even opened 3 tickets and none of them helped so i hope someone can help me fix this. ;/
If you've gone through extensive troubleshooting already, then it is highly likely that the transceivers on either the dongle or the headset are faulty. You may need to send the headset in for replacement. That said, please PM me your ticket numbers so I can review and explore other possible options. Let's go from there.
