Razer NARI - Bad Dongle?

I have had my razer Nari for a year or so. recently it has started to disconnect. I have removed the drivers, have tried using the dongle restore tool nothing sems to help. Here is what is happening When I connect the Dongle, computer beeps and the headphone connects fine, after about 20 seconds it beeps again and the headphones start trying to pair again. I can reboot my machine and it change ports and the same thing happens. I moved them over to another computer and the same thing happens. it looks like the dongle is Partnumber RC30-026702. Is there a way I can get a new dongle, I did not see them listed on the site. Thanks Brian

It's highly likely that the dongle is defective. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and your region so I can check the availability of a replacement dongle. Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
