Razer Nari ultimate wireless



I have had this beeping problem on either my Mac and My Ps4 . Can’t figure out what causes this. Because I use it not even 2 feet distance . However, it keeps beeping for some time, then it stops , until I move my head to grab sth to drink. And it goes again. Beeping and beeping. Please I need help. How can I fix this problem. I just use Mac and Ps4. I know that the Software Synapse is not compatible with Mac . Anyways this shouldn’t be the reason. Please help.
