Razer Nari can't hear from the left ear with usb dongle but work with 3.5 aux

Hi, issue with my Razer Nari Wireless.
I realized that my left ear didnt produced any sound when i plug in my wireless usb dungle.

I already check the Left and Right volume on the sound, but still not working. I do also many test in windows by play with settings.

But if I tried to use 3.5mm aux chord with my phone or PC both are working good.

Do you guys have any suggestion for what i can do to fix this?
