Razer Nari cannot connect to dongle. Dongle is visible by the PC.

I had a little problem for a past few days. My Nari headphones did not want to connect to PC, but after repluging the dongle it worked fine. Now, it does not work at all. Tried every program bringed by Razer. NariPairingUtility program just cannot update and pops up a info that it failed. Recovery Tool just says no action needed and freezes. Any ideas what can be wrong?

I have been having the exact same issue, I bought a Nari about a year and a half ago and up until now it has worked really well over the past month it started to randomly disconnect and i would have to unplug the dongle then plug it back in, not to long after that the sound in the headset when wireless would start to crackle and the quality would lower until nothing was audible. At the moment the wireless does not seem to be working except when i charge it for a short period of time then it will work for about 30 seconds.
