Razer Nari disconnecting Beep - Macbook | Razer Insider

OK, I have a new pair of the Nari Essential headphones. They are nice, kind of, good weight but sound is not like I like it, too quiet and too muddy. But anyway, I have them now.

Using on my Macbook Pro, do not have the Razer App installed, it was garbage on the Mac never detected my Naga or Blackwidow.

But my issue outside of the sound quality is the headphones are constantly disconnecting.

The dongle is plugged into a USB Hub 2ft from my Face, away from the Mac. Yet if I move my head, stand up from my desk, or lean back in my chair the darn things Beep and Disconnect.

My Logitech never disconnect, I could walk all the way across the house. With these Nari's I can't even turn my head to the left and boom they disconnect.

This is really frustrating.

No, I do not have the power plugged into the computer, the headphones have a seperate charge only port. To give you an idea on how far the dongle is away from my head, press the F5 on the keyboard and reach over and it is RIGHT there, behind the keyboard that I work at with my elbows on the desk. No more than 2ft and it still drops out. My next step is going to get an USB extension and duck tape it to the side of the headphones.

Sure Bluetooth is enable on the Mac, both my phones, both my ipads, both my smart watches, on all three of my PCs. Never had issues with anything before. Yes Wifi is enabled on everything too and the router is in the room about 5ft behind me, still never any issues. Don't forget the Alexa that sits on my desk and a few wireless keyboards and mice. But the Mac is wired. Still never any issues with anything else.

Any ideas outside of Returning them?

Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Have you tried isolating the issue by pairing the headset while connecting it directly to your computer? Ensure to do this in a room/place without other possible WiFi interference and check if the same behavior persists.
