Razer Nari Disconnecting constantly while charging

Hey! I am very new to the Razer Forums so do forgive me if I am missing anything. The title suggests exactly what this is about - Basically when my Razer Nari (Non-Ultimate) is low battery, I go to plug it in, it charges, but while it is charging I can't use it. It seems to just play the windows connnect and disconnect sound a few times and then just stops working. This is quite frustrating, but it doesn't happen all the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated! PS, things I've tried: Using a different pc port Using a usb adapter dongle in case of power issues
