Recently my Razer Nari has just started disconnecting around 5 seconds after a sound is played. I've tried to find similar issues and I cant find anything.
The 3.5mm jack works fine but i would rather use my headphones wirelessly

Try the steps here and get the firmware update for your device here. Make sure to update the Synapse application as well.
