Hey!

I just bought a new Razer Nari headset and I tried to use it (after charging it), but it keeps disconnecting... Ii plays good audio for like 15 seconds, and then I keep hearing the sound of the headset disconnecting and connecting. Also, the sounds are cracking and it reconnects (for like 2 seconds). I also realized that it messes up my Chroma Studio when it starts disconnecting and reconnecting. When I went on Synapse and clicked on Chroma Studio, the app crashed...



I tried uninstalling and re-installing Synapse, changing the USB port of the Nari's bluetooth connector and nothing changed...

Can someone help me with this?
same, it was suggested to put in a 3.0 port which i did but the issue keep happening

i sent an email yesterday but their support through email take forever. i had my orbweaver being defective and it took 3 months to get something done... i'm not sure how long i will tolerate this but im considering switching my setup to corsair or logitech
Hey i recently bought a razer nari and have the same issue except i realized my headset disconnects even if i remove from my head or i move to much in my chair but even if i stay unmoved it disconnects to the light is not showing (don't know the reasons)but the music works brightness turned on with 80% still no light on the sides though i set on with synapse 3 and the blue led that supposed to show if its connected is also not taking effect all it shows one blink when connects that's all, in the small guidebook i got says it is only correct if the blue led is on static... is my headset broken ?

Bonjour même problème avec mon casque, et en plus je ne peux installer le logiciel sur mon pc du bureau a cause du par-feu (j boss en openspace), j'ai appareiller le casque mais pareil, le led bleu ne reste pas allumer et le casque s'éteint au bout d'un moment.
