Looking for replacement of Dongle RC-30-0267 P/N RC30-026703 Headset Serial No. . Of note; it was intermittent sounding BeeDoo BeeDoo BeeDoo before becoming no longer recognizable.

    Did you already try using a different USB port and running the pairing utility? If not yet, you can follow the steps here for further isolation. If that didn't help, let me know through PM so I can start a case for a replacement dongle request. *I removed the serial number from your post for security purposes and locked the thread to curb conversation to PM.
