Razer Nari dongle not working

Hello! I'm having issues with an old Razer product, its the Nari RC30-26801. It is the same issue as the one on the following link: https://insider.razer.com/razer-support-45/razer-nari-dongle-not-working-76678

I've checked on the serial number and it seems out of warranty, I've been looking for a replacement but I only see for the Nari essentials and Ultimate.

Do you guys have any work arrounds on this? Or a way I could purchase a replacement from you?
