Razer Nari dongle pairing question

I recently purchased a Razer Nari from a coworker and they had lost the USB dongle. I purchased the only 2 available dongles from the Razer Care store (link) and it turns out neither will pair with my headset because they are for the Nari Ultimate and Nari Essential where as mine is simply the Nari. I'm wondering if I can somehow pair one of these extra dongles to my regular Nari headset or if there is a way I can buy a normal Nari USB dongle, since the care store apparently doesn't carry the dongle for regular Naris. I've tried to go through the pairing guide here (link) and tried with all 3 pairing utility download links. I can't complete the pairing because I guess the headphones don't match up with the correct dongle. Please help I'm afraid I can't get them paired without the regular Nari dongle, but I have no idea where I can buy a regular Nari dongle. Appreciate any help!

I have a similar issue. I bought a used pair on Ebay (Nari Essential) that had no dongle. I purchased the dongle from the Razer store and neither the recovery utility nor the pairing utility work. As in, not at all. After contacting the support folks, they have asked for system info four times, asked for a pdf of a receipt so they can determine if Ebay is an "authorized" reseller twice. I have bought many many Razer products and I find the support does not advance the issue. They ask for the same things over and over. It shouldn't matter if I bought them from a reseller or found them on the street...it should pair after following the instructions, which I have. I have tried another USB port, another computer, all the troubleshooting possibilities. I am afraid I will have to move on for my gaming peripheral supplier of choice. Get your game up support...Case #: 210521-003392 Cheers

Glad it's not just me....Yeah sounds like we're hosed. Same here. They directed me to an authorized retail/repair store, Gamestop in my case. I'm 99.9% sure that GME is not going to be any help either.
