Razer Nari Dongle Reciever Not Working

My Razer Nari headset has had bugs since the beginning but as of recently, the headphones have frequently been disconnecting and then a week ago they would no longer connect to the dongle. The dongle shows up as either an unknown USB device or avnera av6301. I don't exactly remember what temporarily fixed it but it started working. And now it's broken again and what seems like for good. I've tried-
  • Updating USB Drivers
  • Updating the dongle and headset
  • Updating bios
  • Updating windows
  • Changing ports
  • Frequently restarting my computer and disabling fast start
I've run out of ideas and now the headset is just a tad over the warranty mark I can't get actual customer service outside of this. Before this, I had the left side of the headset stop working until I found out that if I just hit the inside of the left side it started working.
