Good morning, I have a Razer Nari Ultimate, and I’m having an issue with the dongle of the headset,
The headset I was sent by Razer after my Razer Nari stopped working, I RMA’d the Nari, and was sent an upgrade to the Ultimate because the Nari I had was no longer available,
I’m liking the headset, but recently my dongle has stopped working,
I’ve tried the recovery tool, but it doesn’t work, the dongle seems to appear in the list and the furthest I’ve gotten with the recovery is 11% and then the dongle disconnects,
I think the dongle is dead, I’ve had to plug the dongle into several different USB ports because once it stops registering in one USB port it will not appear on the recovery tool again after this, I’m currently using the 3.5mm audio jack so I can still use my headset,
Is there anywhere I can buy a replacement dongle? I’ve seen some on aliexpress but I really do not trust aliexpress, and I’m unable to see any replacement dongles for the Nari in the replacement parts section of Razer website, any help would be greatly appreciated,
