Hi Razer Team and Community,
sadly my right Razer Essential earbud does not work anymore. I Tried the pairing tool, and it worked, but m right earbud didnt came back to live. so i tried to run the firmware update tool, but this time the tool does not find the USB dongle, tried multiple usb ports, reinstalled the driver, no chance.
Any idea?
