Razer Nari Essential Headset Audio Issue

Had the headset for 4 months with no issues but randomly today my right ear's audio has just stopped working, no physical damage or any changes to any software. Tried switching USB ports for the connector but still issue persists.
Did some further testing and it appears my right ear is still giving out audio but its audio level is sounding like its being output at 0.5% volume or something like that. Changing the balance of left to right ear doesnt change anything. Can't find any sort of reset on headset audio balances to fix so still having the issue

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Nari Essential's concern here. Have you tried pairing the device to a different audio source? Do unpairing and pairing the headset fixes the issue?
