Hello. I’ve been using my Razer Nari Essential headphones for a few years now, and it hasn’t given me many problems, outside of a few that are not particularly bothersome besides this one that has happened very recently. A couple of days ago when i went to charge up my headphones, the red light that would usually indicate that it’s charging isn’t showing up anymore. I’ve tried many of my other cables that i am aware work correctly and nothing, it doesn’t show the distinctive red light that indicates it’s charging. I have cleaned it up, i even downloaded Razer Synapse to see if it was charging and no dice since at most it shows me 80% for a few seconds before dipping to 50% where it usually remains at.
Is there any way i can fix this on my own, and if it isn’t possible, any other solution i can go over? From what i’ve read, warranty only goes up to 2 years for a headset like mine, and i imagine by now that warranty is long gone.
Question
