My Nari Essential died recently and now it just won’t charge at all, no matter what I do. I’ve tried two different cables and three different plugs and not a single one of them has charged it. It doesn’t work when I plug it into my PC either. I can’t update the firmware as when I try to follow the steps, nothing happens and it won’t let me update it.
I don’t know what to do since I’m not sure buying a new charger would work and a new headset would be very expensive. Can anyone help?
i have the same issue, razer nari stopped working randomly and stopped charging, when i plug it via cable pc doesnt recognize it, i get Device descriptor request fail error, it does recognize wireless usb dongle though in the settings but the whole headset device is not connecting, i tried using pairing utility tool and on 2nd step when i have to plug in cable and i plug it in, it doesnt show up, tried reinstalling synapse and everything but couldnt fix
