Razer Nari Essential won’t pair with USB hub

Hey all, I’ve always used my headset on my PS4; usually it just plugs and pairs right away. I bought it a little over a year ago and the battery have completely died for a bit since I rarely use it since I bought it. Noticed that the headset keeps rapidly blinking blue which according to the manual is trying to pair - but I can’t get it to actually pair. I tried to use the Razer pairing utility and it will recognize the USB hub on step one but the step where it asks me to plug in the headset using the original USB cable it won’t detect the headset. I am not sure what to do at this point. Both USB hub and the headset just blinks blue and won’t ever pair. Tried plugging into a computer and will not recognize any input/output so not sure what to try now. Hoping someone here has some insight.

    Does the headset still get detected on your computer's Device Manager? PM me your device's serial number along with a copy of its proof of purchase. I can use those to look for a more specific fix for this problem and check its warranty status. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
