Razer Nari Game/Chat Balance Volume

Hello! I've had these headphones for a few years now and recently, for the last months, the 50/50 balance has been acting very janky. The game volume will be either very high or not be affected by the game/chat balance at all. To hear my friends in Discord, I've had to move the balance all the way into the chat side and sometimes the game is still louder. I've managed to fix it (don't know how) but it always goes back to doing this after a while. My sound settings are correct. Razer Nari - Game is set as Default Device and Razer Nari - Chat is set as Communication Device. I've updated the firmware and even done a clean install of Synapse 3.0 but nothing is working. I would really appreciate some help. TT

Have you already tried using our dongle Pairing Utility? For now, let's isolate the issue by following the steps on this page. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your headset. I can use it to verify its model and look for other possible solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
